Gloria "Cookie" Winn

November 2, 1943 - January 16, 2026

Gloria “Cookie” Ann Winn (Figura), 82, of Chicago Illinois, passed away peacefully on January 16th 2026, surrounded by loving family. 

Gloria was the dear mother to her two sons Michael Winn and Jason Winn; dear mother-in-law to Lisa Winn; dear grandma to Allison Winn and Jane Crane-Winn; and loving sister to Kathy Wrobel (Figura), the late Donald Figura and the late Richard Figura. 

Gloria worked for Arthur Andersen & Co, then Accenture, for more than 25 years until her retirement. She was a big Elvis and Dolly Parton fan. She made everyone she met laugh with her amazing sense of humor. She enjoyed watching tv, collecting gnomes and baking in her spare time. She was a big animal lover, especially her two dogs, Tucker and Socks.

But most importantly Gloria was a loving mother and grandmother. Her favorite thing to do was spend time with her family. She always talked about how important her family was to her, always looking forward to crafting with her granddaughters and hosting for the holidays. 

A celebration of life and interment will be held on Saturday, April 25, 2026 at 11:00am at Resurrection Cemetery, 7201 Archer Road, Justice, IL.  Family and friends are asked to meet near the office at the main entrance of the cemetery to process over to the committal chapel for the service.
