 Miguel Lopez. Beloved husband of the late Martha Montes. Loving dad of Martha "Becky" (Jaime) Cervantes and Esperanza "Pera" (Jose "Lupe") Salazar. Cherished grandpa of Alexandra (Kyle) Martin, Miguel (Laura) Cervantes, Andres (Grace Govostis) Cervantes, and Imanol Salazar. Devoted great-grandpa of Adam Martin, Emma Cervantes, Elena Cervantes, Estela Cervantes, and Ellie Cervantes. Fond brother of ten and uncle of many nieces and nephews. Miguel was a hardworking man that helped out his parents working as a newspaper boy at the early age of 10 or younger. He was a talented painter who helped paint cathedrals in his hometown in Zamora, Michoacan in Mexico. He was also a passionate soccer player who inspired many. He loved his dominoes and made good memories with friends and family on Dominoes nights. Visitation will be held Tuesday, February 10, 2026 from 3-9pm at Sagrada Família Funeral Home, 4950 W 79th Street, Burbank, IL. Family and friends are asked to meet Wednesday morning at St Leonard Catholic Church, 3318 Clarence Ave, Berwyn for Mass of Christian Burial at 10:00am
